As part of a wider interpretation project at the new visitors centre at Bath Abbey we were tasked with the ambitious job of presenting all of the Abbeys past in a short, easy to follow video. This video navigates the long history of the Abbey, from its early beginnings as an Anglo Saxon monastery, through plights of fire and destruction, repairs and renewal, right up until today. As some of the historic architectural details have vanished to time, the concept was to show the Abbey evolving over time as if been drawn on paper with some of the unverified elements drawn more sketchily and open to interpretation.
